Didn’t have it for very long, so not sure how is the build quality.
But in general works fine, computes the parameters and plots bmi and weight. For some reason app does not plotthe history for the other parameters (they can be accessed by clicking on the day measurement and then on the popup).
The material is nice but the color is such that footprints are plainly seen which makes me want to clean it all the time.
Finally, which I think is the flaw of the firmware, is that it does not connect to more than to 2 bluetooth devices. I have more than two people in the household and it seems that the only way we can share is to persons to my phone to make the measurements and switch profiles, which extremely annoying.

Setup with WAZE was a little long but VERY secure. Pairing to my iPhone was easy and use is easy with weight readings coming up on both the phone and scale.

This scale is all around awesome! It arrived nicely packaged with quick set-up instructions. It paired quickly with the Wyze App and we were using the scale within 5 minutes of unboxing! It has a sleek design with a glass top and tracks everything from muscle weight, bone mass, metabolic rate, metabolic age, and even your heart rate! Wyze explains all of these metrics and what they mean to you and your body in a simple and easy to understand format. My husband and I compared our Wyze readings to our known current readings and the Wyze Scale appears very accurate. I would give this scale more than 5 stars if I could.

I have an LED scale which I have had for some time now, and wasn’t sure if it was accurate any more, even though it was a nice, new style scale WITHOUT the necessity of an app to work. I was excited to try one of these new ones that are out. I had a doctor’s appointment, which is about 10 minutes from my house. At that appt. they took my weight on their high-end LED scale which reading came up showing my weight was 116. I drove home and wearing the exact clothing I had on when I got on the scale at the doctor’s office, I stepped on my new scale as I wanted to see that it was giving me a correct reading. This Wyze scale said my weight was 113; a three (3) lb. difference. For me, that’s just not acceptable. I stepped on my scale I’ve had for a few years, and it said I was 116. For this reason alone I knew I was returning it. But I also found I did not like having a scale which I needed to go and get my phone and open the app in order for it to work. In a day’s time, it became inconvenient for me as I couldn’t just step on the scale as I was passing by it and decided I wanted to; I had to go get my phone open the app and then get on it for it to work. That for me was a big NO. IMO, it should work both ways, with or without the app, as honestly I do not care about the other readings it gives you – just the weight was all I required. Anyway, many may find it to their liking, but for me I did not, and the fact the weight reading was off by 3 lbs. was totally unacceptable and so unfortunately I had to return it. It was boxed nicely and is an attractive scale.

Nice, but doesn’t work for me. I am within the weight limit according to the specs but it only tells me my weight. I did get it to measure my heart rate but nothing else. It worked for my husband so I assume it isn’t broken. I think it is still worth keeping for easy weight tracking and it is worth the price, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed.

I’ve used your scale for a little over a week and am thoroughly pleased. I’m a 74 yr old grandmother and not a techie, but very pleased with the ease in setup! Since I use your Wyze cameras, the Wyze scale was neatly added to your app. The scale is accurate, BMI, heart rate, etc. Compared to my doctors’ reports the read outs are spot on! I love how it automatically adds my health stats giving me that daily incentive for weight control!

After showing my husband he’s hooked on it also, he especially likes the many body-tracking methods on this scale simply from standing on It. I’m also very pleased with the modern look it has, it doesn’t “look” like a bathroom scale!

This product arrived quicker than estimated. The setup was really easy after I installed the batteries. I just scanned the QR code on the setup guide to install the android app. Then I opened the app, added the scale and then stepped on the scale to activate it. I didn’t have to pair the device with my phone, the app handled all of that. I had to setup a profile so that the app could calculate BMI based on the weight. That was it. I had an older scale that I used to compare results and a 5 pound weight that I used to tested accuracy between tests. Surprisingly my old scale failed this test while the Wyze Scale passed accurately and consistently. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

Their product description on Amazon and their own Wyze website state in writing that it currently syncs to multiple 3rd Party App. I could have bought a similar scale for 1/2 the price but I use the Samsung Health App so I paid extra to get this Wyze scale so it would sync to my Samsung App. It does NOT sync to this App so I contacted Wyse Customer Support who confirmed that it does NOT sync to the Samsung Health App bu they advertise that is DOES because they ”hope” to have that feature working some time in the future. This is a perfect example of FALSE ADVERTISING! Shame on Wyse!

Update: Heart rate simply doesn’t work – 35 consecutive tries and it failed each time. Very frustrating.
I like the data it provides and connecting the scale to my Wyze account/phone was easy. However, a couple things are annoying. First, it asks to track your location which I enabled only while using the app – but it continually nagged me about this setting until I enabled it to track all the time (I’ve since reverted to only while using the app and will deal with the nagging). An app for a scale doesn’t need to know my location all the time. Second, the heart rate feature is very inconsistent in taking a successful reading. Out of 12 attempts, it’s managed to register a reading twice.
