In January, before Covid19 , my husband had made some lifestyle changes to hopefully wean himself from blood pressure meds. We got this monitor to keep track of his progress. It worked as expected for about 4 months when it wouldn’t even turn on. We had recently replaced the batteries but still changed batteries to no avail. I knew it was too late to return the monitor but called the company to see if there were any trouble shooting tricks. The person I talked to immediately refunded me and told me things to try. I bought new batteries and it turned out that I must have had a bad batch of batteries because now the monitor works like new. YES, I called the company to tell them of my error. I would buy this again, from this company in a heartbeat.

Ask anyone at a Doctor office and they will state that ”OMRON” is the number one brand. I captured three weeks worth of BP readings everyday and also compared the results against my Omron Monitor. They were almost identical. This unit is AS GOOD yet much more affordable!

The product is easy to use. However, after receiving the item, I noticed that there is an AC adapter jack on the unit—–the adapter is not included, nor is there an option to either buy one directly or any indication where a compatible adapter can be purchased. This is a significant oversight.

Just FYI as a disclaimer…I am a cardiac anesthesiologist and don’t give out 5 star reviews often on medical devices that you can buy on amazon, but just to give my wife peace of mind I bought her this so she could keep track of her BP without asking me to take it the old fashion way…I’ve only had it a week so I can’t attest to it’s durability but it is very accurate and best of all it is brain dead easy to use and read…for the price, I don’t think you can beat it…

Unbelievable. I bought this machine due to the overwhelming positive review. Yet, within probably less than a dozen uses, the machine gave very high readings, about 30 points above what it’s supposed to be. So now we cannot use it at our clinic at all! It is very upsetting. I don’t know if the manufacturer would send a replacement. VERY disappointed!!!

Being that the brochure mentioned left arm usage I called the provided number to ask if OK to test on right arm instead due to my husbands previous injury and a gentleman phoned back within minutes, on a Sunday!!!!! How incredibly caring! (And yes, this particular model can be used on both arms!) Very helpful qualitiy product and a terrific company!

So far so good. It arrived promptly. It comes with a nice carry case and also includes batteries, which is nice so you can take it out and use it right away. It was very easy to use. This was my first time taking my blood pressure myself and the directions were easy to follow. The little booklet that comes with it also explains how to read your pressure levels. I also like that it’s small enough to pack along with you.
