The Innovo Deluxe Fingertip pulse oximeter shows your measured SpO2 and Pulse Rate on a high quality OLED screen (with six multidirectional display choices) and come with two critically acclaimed features, the Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index (PI), that will improve the reliability of the readings dramatically. Each wave corresponds to a heartbeat and the amplitude to the amount of blood detected in your blood vessels. When the height of the wave amplitude no longer fluctuates (as shown like the figure above), this means that the pulse oximeter is now optimized and you may now take the readings. Meanwhile, the PI conveniently informs you of the strength of your pulse. If the PI value is less than 0.2%, this means that your hands are too cold or improperly positioned in the pulse oximeter. Simply warm your finger and reposition it so that it is right under the LED lights. No more second guessing if the readings are reliable or why the pulse oximeter is not giving a reading. Using a vastly improved sensor, the Innovo deluxe pulse oximeter can also now correct for small movements, allowing more versatile usage. Comes with a lanyard and 2 AAA batteries so that you can use the pulse oximeter right out of the box. Please note that this is not a medical device. This pulse oximeter should be used only for sports and/or aviation. Intended use for spot check of blood oxygen saturation level at home, in sport and recreational use, such as mountain climbing, high-altitude activities and running. The oximeter might not work on kids or adults with small fingers. Innovo is a registered trademark of USPTO. Before purchase, I tried really hard to ascertain where it was made. All that I could find was ”distributed by” in Stafford, TX. Well, now that I own it, I see on the box that it was made in China. I am trying very hard NOT to buy anything from China ever again! Advertising on all products need to be totally up front about where they are made. This product works fine, and I will continue to use it. I just don’t want to support that country anymore. I prefer to buy American products from now on.

I would like to start by saying I am a registered nurse with ICU experience. I have used many brands of pulse oximetry devices. This one is great for an inexpensive home device. I tested its accuracy with those at the hospital and was spot-on. One thing you always want to have when you buy a pulse oximetry monitor is that waveform which is called the Pleth. Why Is that important? Because it relates to the accuracy of your reading. If that waveform is dampened that means your Reading is inaccurate because it is not picking up on ALL of the red blood cells that carry oxygen. A flattened waveform is most likely. A false low reading. I suggest always getting a device with that waveform. Not all brands have that; they just show you numbers. In which case you do not know how well it Iz reading

I have atrial fibrillation and my doctor recommended I buy a similar unit to monitor my heart rate and oxygen level. Your unit stood out on the internet and I purchased. Your instruction indicate that the unit only provides approximate readings and should only be used to determine specifics after exercising. This is not comforting, I will check with my doctor to determine if this monitor is adequate.

This equipment is spot on. I brought it after COVID 19 spread in NYC. Tested it and checked my oxygen level in doctor’s office that same day. The results were the same. I feel so much safer now. I wish they had more inventory, I would send it to my family overseas.

Readings look realistic. You can see the oxygen saturation drop a few percent when holding your breath, which takes 10-20 seconds to show either because of averaging or some physiological effect. The heart rate looks fine too. One thing I don’t like is that the seller seems to have added 50% recently because of Covid 19 related demand. Pretty unscrupulous.

I’m a nurse, and I bought this for my household to monitor myself and my family for low oxygen saturation in the midst of the pandemic. I tested it against the machines we use in the hospital and it works perfectly. Well made, nice display, easy to use.

High quality item. Works great. No issues. I caught pneumonia during this crazy covid crisis. I used this to check my O2 levels. Worked like a charm and helped keep me stay sane. It will now become a staple of home medical analysis in my Rx kit. Don’t hesitate in buying.

I had a pulse oximeter from China before. Break down. I decided to order this and did not lose. This pulse oximeter is more convenient, the finger inside is more accurate and softer than in the previous one. It works quickly, the result is accurate. Thanks
