This bp monitor will automatic turn off after 1 minute no operation, easy and convenient to operate. Or you can press the central button to turn off your bp monitor, please note if sliding power switch to “OFF” position will reset device setting.

How to charge?
1. Slide the power switch to “”ON”” position (the switch is on the left side of device), it won’t be charged if in “”OFF”” position.
2. Plug the usb charging cord attached and connect to the phone adapter/computer USB port/power bank.
3. It usually takes 2-3 hours to full charge. When charging completed, six squares will stop flashing and keep bright.
Note： You can not take a measurement while charging.

1. During the same time period, the measurement data of the left and right hands will be different. Readings at same period also will be different between wrist type and upper arm type blood pressure monitor.
2.Please don’t drink alcohol or coffee, eating, smoking, exercising and bathing in 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
3.Please take a measurement at the same time each day so that the data can be compared in a valuable way.
